Sea surface temp. on Sept. 25 – Dominick Chiang
This is a satellite photo of the Northwest's sea surface temperature at around 1:01 am GMT. The temperatures of the water near the coast are much higher than the water up north. Yet, from other photos, the warm water 21C (70F)seems to be moving upwards, so hopefully the 25th it will be warmer than it was the past few days. The water gets more colder as we move away from the coast and go north dropping sown to 8C (46F) although there are warm water streams in between the ocean.
